1. Ordering and Payments
- Customers must be at least 18 years of age (or have parental consent) to place an order online.
- Payment is due at the time of ordering. We accept cash, card, and approved digital payment methods.
- All of our prices are listed in Euros (€) and include the standard applicable VAT.
2. Cancellations and Changes
- Any order cancellations or modifications must be requested immediately after placement. Once food preparation has started, we cannot cancel or refund the order.
- Refunds or replacements will only be issued for valid complaints, such as incorrect or missing items.
3. Food Allergies & Safety
- Customers are required to inform our staff of any food allergies or strict dietary restrictions before ordering.
- While we take every precaution to avoid cross-contamination in our kitchen, cross-contamination risks may exist. Muncheese cannot be held liable for allergic reactions resulting from undisclosed allergies.
4. Intellectual Property
- All brand materials, logos, custom menu names, graphics, and website content are the intellectual property of Muncheese. Unauthorized copying or use is strictly prohibited.
